Below are three distinct containers, each designed to meet you at a different threshold. This isn’t about choosing the “best” one. It’s about choosing the one that meets you honestly.

An Embodied Path to Self-Leadership and Personal Power
There comes a point where insight is no longer the problem.

You overthink. You accommodate. You feel the quiet frustration of knowing there’s more available to you, while not quite knowing how to live it without pushing, burning out, or abandoning yourself in subtler ways.
Sovereign is for that moment.
This is a container for women who are ready to stop negotiating with their own knowing, and learn how to trust themselves in real time — from inside their bodies, where power actually lives.

How we work together
This is a highly personalized, one-on-one container.
Each session is shaped around what’s alive for you — in your body, your relationships, and the edges you’re currently meeting. There is no pre-set curriculum, because your life is the curriculum.
Our work may include somatic inquiry, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, relational and boundary work, and guided practices to deepen internal safety and body trust.

Remembrance:
A Return to Feminine Authority, Embodiment, and Relational Power
Many women learn how to lead by holding it all together. You’ve learned to be capable, composed, and in control — to track details, anticipate needs, and stay one step ahead. It works. And yet, somewhere along the way, something essential goes quiet.
Desire dulls. Sensation fades. Connection becomes effortful. You’re respected, but not always nourished. Strong, but often tired in a way rest doesn’t quite touch.
Remembrance is for that moment.
This is a container for women ready to return to their bodies — not to lose their power, but to let it soften and deepen. To lead from presence instead of pressure. To remember a way of being that is relational, receptive, and quietly authoritative.

Together, we explore what happens when control loosens and sensation is welcomed back online — when the body becomes an ally rather than something to manage.
This is not about adopting a new identity. It’s about remembering what has always been available beneath over-functioning and self-suppression.

How we work together
This is a highly personalized, one-on-one container.
Each session responds to what’s alive in you — in your body, your relationships, and your inner landscape. There is no formula for femininity here.
We listen for what wants to move, soften, or be expressed.
Our work may include somatic and sensual awareness practices, nervous system regulation, relational and polarity exploration, non-violent communication strategies, and guided inquiry to help you feel and communicate from a more embodied place.
You’ll also receive personalized practices and gentle check-ins between sessions to support integration and continuity.

Between Worlds:
A Guided Sabbatical For Those No Longer Who They Were
There are moments when continuing as you are feels louder than the fear of change. A quiet restlessness sets in. A longing you can’t reason your way out of. You’ve lived many versions of yourself already, and now, something feels unfinished.
Between Worlds is for that moment.
This is a radical sabbatical container for women who know they need real space — to step out of routine, listen more closely, and meet themselves somewhere new. Not as an escape from life, but as a deliberate pause in service of becoming more alive within it.
This work is for those willing to take intentional time away — through travel or a season off — and let identity loosen enough for something truer to emerge.

We work with the body, the nervous system, and your lived experience as you move through unfamiliar terrain, internally and externally. This is not about reinventing yourself.
It’s about remembering parts of you that only become accessible when you leave the familiar behind.

Each session is shaped by what you’re encountering in your body, your environment, and your emotions.
This includes any questions that surface as familiar reference points dissolve.
There is no fixed curriculum. The work responds to where you are.
Our sessions may include somatic inquiry, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, identity exploration, and practices to help you integrate experience as it’s happening, not months later.
You’ll also receive personalized practices and gentle check-ins between sessions, offering continuity and grounding as you move through change.
