1. Nature of Services
The Living Invitation offers coaching, educational, and reflective services designed to support self-awareness, embodiment, agency, and personal development.
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional services in those areas.
2. Client Responsibility & Participation
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being
Coaching is a collaborative process that supports reflection and self-inquiry
Outcomes vary and are influenced by many factors beyond the scope of coaching
You understand that no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduling boundaries.
If you are running late or experiencing an emergency, communication is encouraged whenever possible.
4. Payment & Fees
Payment is required in advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Fees are communicated clearly prior to beginning services.
Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Payment disputes must be raised promptly and respectfully.
5. Scope & Boundaries of Coaching
Coaching may involve exploration of emotions, beliefs, patterns, and embodied experiences. You agree to participate voluntarily and to communicate openly about your capacity and boundaries.
You acknowledge that:
Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions
You are encouraged to seek additional professional support if needed
6. Confidentiality
Information shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
Please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for communication conducted via email, online platforms, or third-party tools.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, exercises, written reflections, and frameworks provided through The Living Invitation are the intellectual property of Shelby White Coaching LLC.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Shelby White Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Participation in services is voluntary and at your own discretion
You agree to release and hold harmless Shelby White Coaching LLC from claims arising from your participation
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
